Adobe Acrobat Reader, version 4 or higher, to view and print the many PDF documents found on this site.
You can get Adobe's Acrobat Reader here.

Tips:

PDF files (*.pdf) require Adobe Acrobat reader, version 4 (or higher).

Word files (*.doc) require Microsoft Word, version 6.0/95 (or higher).

Excel files (*.xls) require Microsoft Excel, version 5.0/95 (or higher).

To download a file to your computer for later reference:
Right-click the link above, choose "save target as" or "save link as," and select a location on your computer to which to save it.

If you need to install (as recommended above) both a new web browser and Adobe Acrobat: first install the web browser, then install Acrobat (Acrobat acts as a 'plug-in' within the browser software).
